Office 365 Roadmap | Auto Attendant / Call Queues Administration Enhancement

The administration of new and existing Auto Attendants or Call Queues for your organization will be migrated to the Teams Admin Center. A new experience will also be introduced for creating Resource Accounts. We will be gradually rolling this out starting in the last week of February 2019, provided the testing with our early adopter customers meets our goals for quality.
